Eric is a visionary in the BPO contact center industry, with over 20 years of experience building and selling transformative businesses, including TextChat's service business in 2024 and a carwash support center to EverWash in 2023.

In 2006, he co-created the first cloud contact center software for large-scale political campaigns, breaking operational limits and proving how unconventional thinking drives industry growth.When legacy CCaaS platforms, reliant on structured data, nearly crippled TextChat's service business in 2022, Eric and his team built a platform powered by unstructured data to solve these inefficiencies.

The result was a 105% growth in sales, a 44% boost in agent efficiency, and an increase in net profit margins from around 12% to 51%, all while delivering a superior customer experience.Now, he’s redefining the future of BPO contact centers with TextChat’s next-gen solution.

Rob is a seasoned internet professional with over 30 years of experience in technology, finance, marketing and operations.

Rob was the founder & CEO of DealYard.com, a leading internet retailer of brand name products at discounted prices.  DealYard has been ranked as one of the fastest growing e-retailers by Internet Retailer and ranked as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by INC. 5000.  He was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, as well as its operational, technical and financial activities.

Previously Mr. Heller was a Founder, Director and CFO of MaterialNet.com, the first reverse-auction, buyer-centric business-to-business e-marketplace for raw materials. MaterialNet, which Forbes had called one of the "best-of-the-best B2Bs”, was sold to Perfect Commerce in 2002.

Before founding MaterialNet.com, Mr. Heller served as Portfolio Manager at Concord International Investments and as Senior Accountant at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Heller received a B.S. from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance, Economics and International Business from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he graduated with honors.

Kelvin Onkundi is the VP of Technology at TextChat, where he leads the software development team and technical strategy, ensuring product vision translates seamlessly into deliverables.

Kelvin oversaw the launch of TextChat’s MetaChannel platform and has been instrumental in  introducing agile processes, CI/CD pipelines, reducing deployment times and accelerating feature delivery.

Passionate about impactful solutions, Kelvin developed an AI tool in Kenya to help citizens better understand the 2024 Finance Bill. With leadership roles at Andela, WorkPay Africa, and Moringa School, Kelvin combines technical expertise, innovation, and a user-first approach to drive results.

Kelvin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

Ashwin Venkatesh, the Senior Product Manager at TextChat, brings over 25 years of expertise in product management, strategy, and enterprise partnerships, with a deep focus on customer experience, contact center solutions, unified communications, and database technologies such as NoSQL and unstructured databases.

His extensive experience includes driving innovation in the communications sector, developing cloud contact center platforms, and enhancing AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

Ashwin has held senior product manager roles at leading companies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle, 8x8, Five9, and eGain Corporation, where he successfully led initiatives that transformed business operations.

With an MS in Software Engineering from San Jose State University, Ashwin combines technical excellence with strategic vision to deliver groundbreaking solutions.

Najeeb Ahmad Khan is the Senior AI Engineer at TextChat, bringing over six years of expertise in AI development, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

He specializes in deploying advanced models like GPT-4 and LLAMA-2, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Runpod, and Langchain to create scalable, impactful AI solutions.

With a strong background in integrating AI into technologies like Django, React, and Node.js, Najeeb is passionate about driving innovation and delivering transformative results for TextChat.
